National shipping costs €5.95.

Domestic orders over €95 have free shipping.

Shipping and return times may be extended during promotional periods or affected by strikes and/or other causes of force majeure not attributable to neu de cotó.

Delivery times, from the time the package leaves our warehouse, will depend on the destination, and are as follows (working days will be counted):

- Spain (Peninsula) 1/2 days

- Spain (Balearic Islands) 2/3 days

*We do not ship to Andorra, but you can select the pickup option at our point of sale located in La Seu d'Urgell.

If you notice any issues with your package, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it by sending an email to shop@neudecoto.com, including your personal information, order number, and a description of the issue. We will contact you as soon as possible with a solution.

And if you don't receive your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping notification, please don't hesitate to let us know at shop@neudecoto.com so we can review the situation and provide you with a solution.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You will have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it, with the return date indicated on the delivery note being considered as the return start date.

If you wish to return the item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and that it has not been used, along with any accessories and tags, and that it is in perfect condition. Otherwise, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pickup will be effective within 24-48 business hours. Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used.

Remember that the return shipping cost will be €4 , which will be deducted from the total refund.

IF YOU WANT A CHANGE OF SIZE, COLOR OR ALTERNATIVE ITEMS

Send us an email to shop@neudecoto.com, including your personal information, order number, and details of the change you wish to make.

The collection will be effective within 24/48 business hours, and the new item will be delivered at that same time.

Remember that the cost of the exchange will be €4 plus the cost of the new shipment €5.65, a total of €9.65.
